Today’s tune is Drake’s Fire & Desire. It’s the 18th track off his album Views, since I gotta follow the Drake albums in chronological order because I’m too lazy to pick a song every Monday.

Max Iheanachor, OT, Arizona State
Max Iheanachor was born in Nigeria and moved to Los Angeles, California at 13 years old. A King/Drew Magnet High School alum, Iheanachor never played football in high school. Instead, he was a soccer and basketball player. His first time playing on the gridiron was in ‘22 when he enrolled at East Los Angeles College. At the junior college, Iheanachor played two seasons at both tackle positions and was considered the top JUCO-offensive tackle talent when he entered the transfer portal. During his first season at D1 at ASU, Iheanachor was inserted into the Sun Devils’ starting lineup due to injuries. While he never allowed a sack in ‘23, he was responsible for 13 QB Hurries and 2 QB Hits in only 5 starts. During his second season with the Sun Devils, Iheanachor vastly improved as the full-time starter at RT. While he allowed 3 sacks in ‘24, he only gave up 15 QB Hurries in the 3 times the amount of snaps as his first year. This past season, Max Iheanachor was named 2nd Team All-Big 12 after not allowing a single sack all year. He’ll have to cut down on his penalties (8 in ‘25), but at 6’6” and 330 lbs., Iheanachor has improved a ton as a pass blocker and has the power to one day be a force in the running game.
Sam Hecht, C, Kansas State
Sam Hecht is from Shawnee, Kansas. He went to Mill Valley High School, where he helped win back-to-back state championships in his junior and senior years. After redshirting at Kansas State in ‘21, Hecht served as a reserve for the next two seasons, seeing about 60 snaps from the three interior line positions, mostly in field goal protection. As a redshirt junior in ‘24, Sam Hecht earned a starting role at center. In 840 offensive snaps, Hecht was penalized just twice all season and earned All-Big 12 2nd Team honors. As a senior in ‘25, Hecht was named to All-Big 12 1st Team honors and even earned some Big 12 Offensive Lineman of the Year votes, as he didn’t commit a single penalty or allow a single sack all season. In fact, in 25 career starts, Hecht has only allowed one QB hit and is considered a plus in the run game.
Keylan Rutledge, OG, Georgia Tech
Keylan Rutledge is from Royston, Georgia. He went to Franklin County High School, where he was a 3-sport athlete. Rutledge played on both sides of the line in football, notched 1k points & rebounds, and was crowned a state champion in shot put with a throw of 53-feet & 4 inches. His collegiate career began in Middle Tennessee. In two seasons with the Blue Raiders, Rutledge made 17 starts at RG and allowed just two sacks. He transferred to Georgia Tech in ‘24. During his junior year with the Yellow Jackets, Rutledge was named 1st Team All-ACC and a 1st Team All-American by Sports Info Solutions. He returned for his senior season and replicated his great play, earning another 1st Team All-ACC award. In his two seasons at Georgia Tech, Rutledge played RG and allowed only one sack with 8 QB Hits in nearly 2,000 snaps. At 6’4” and 330 lbs. with plenty of experience, Keylan Rutledge is an excellent pass blocker with some upside in the run game.
Devin Moore, CB, Florida
Devin Moore is from Naples, Florida. At Naples High School, Moore was a 4-star recruit, with offers from ‘Bama, Notre Dame, Auburn, and LSU. Moore decided to play for his home state with the Gators. As a freshman in ‘22, Devin Moore played in 5 games before a shoulder injury cut his season short. He retained a role in ‘23, picking off his first career pass before missing five games with back issues and a concussion. As a junior in ‘24, Moore made six starts for the Gators, picked off two passes, and deflected another two, but again missed multiple games with another shoulder injury that held him out a quarter of the season. This past season was Devin Moore’s healthiest to date as he made 11 starts. The senior recorded two INTs, two pass deflections, 35 tackles, and allowed just 17 catches on 30 targets. At 6’3”, the tall corner has proven he can be a playmaker when healthy.
Darrell Jackson Jr., DT, Florida State
Darrell Jackson Jr. is from Havana, Florida. He attended Gadsden County High School, where he played defensive tackle and tight end. His first college stop was Maryland, where in his freshman season, he recorded 22 tackles. Jackson transferred to Miami in ‘22. During his lone season with the Hurricanes, Jackson made 27 tackles with 4.5 TFLs, and 3 sacks. Upon transferring to Florida State in ‘23, Jackson was forced to sit out for the year. As a redshirt junior in ‘24, Darrell Jackson Jr. became a Seminoles starter, recording 32 tackles, 4 TFLs, 3.5 sacks, and was named an All-ACC Honorable mention. He returned for the ‘25 season as a team captain and received the Bobby Bowden Leadership Award. He finished his final season with the ‘Noles with a career-high 45 tackles, 3 TFLs, and a sack. At 6’5” and 340 lbs., Darrell Jackson Jr. has the size and strength to play nose tackle in the NFL.
Here’s a quick bit about five College Basketball players this season…
Kareem Rozier, PG, Winthrop
Kareem Rozier is from Detroit, Michigan. He attended Orchard Lake St. Mary’s High School, where he averaged 16.9 points, 8.2 assists, and 6.5 rebounds per game in his senior season. Rozier’s collegiate career began at Duquesne. As a freshman with the Dukes, Rozier served as the team’s backup PG, averaging 3.9 points and 2.1 assists per game. During his sophomore and junior seasons, his role expanded, as he made more than 30 starts. Over the past two seasons, Rozier has averaged 5.9 points and 2.8 assists per game. The 5’9” point guard transferred to Winthrop this past offseason. Now, the clear-cut starter for the Eagles, Rozier is off to his best season yet. The senior point guard is averaging 13.8 points, 3.4 assists, and 1.4 steals per game. Last week, Rozier had a career-high 33 points in Winthrop’s win over Gardner-Webb as he drilled nine 3-pointers. At 19-8 and in 2nd place in the Big South Conference, Kareem Rozier has led the Eagles on an 11-game winning streak entering the home-stretch of college hoops.
Alijah Arenas, SF, USC
Alijah Arenas is from Woodland Hills, California. He is the son of former NBA great Gilbert Arenas, who was a 3-time All-Star with the Washington Wizards. Alijah Arenas attended Chatsworth High School, where he led the basketball team to a state championship in ‘24 and was a McDonald’s All-American in ‘25. With plenty of offers, the 5-star recruit chose to play for the Trojans. As a freshman at USC this season, Arenas’ collegiate career got off to a rough start as he rehabbed back to the court from a torn meniscus. After missing the first 18 games this season, Arenas made his collegiate debut towards the end of January. After a slow start in his first four games, Arenas has shown plenty of potential of late. In his last three games, the 6’6” wing is averaging 26 points per game. Given that he’s only 18 and taller than his pro-ball father, Alijah Arenas could very well work his way up NBA Draft boards if he can maintain his recent scoring output and lead the Trojans to the NCAA Tournament.
Tyler Lundblade, SG, Belmont
Tyler Lundblade is from Dallas, Texas. He comes from a competitive family. His father, Kirk Lundblade, played basketball at SMU in the ‘80s, while his brother, Brad Lundblade, was a former NFL center who played for the Bengals, Jets, and Panthers. Tyler Lundblade went to Grapevine Faith Christian School, where he averaged 28.1 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 2.9 assists per game while being named a 2021 McDonald’s All-American. After redshirting from his dad’s alma mater in ‘21, Lundblade transferred to TCU in ‘22. For two seasons with the Bull Frogs, Lundblade barely saw any playing time, so he transferred once more to Belmont University in ‘24. As a redshirt junior last season, Lundblade finally earned a starting role and shot a nationwide best 48.1% from beyond the arc. After playing just a total of 52 minutes prior to the year, Lundblade averaged 12.4 points and established Belmont’s single-season record for 3-pointers (104). Now a senior, Lundblade is Belmont’s leading scorer at 15.9 points per game. The 6’5” shooting guard is hitting 3s at a 40% clip and is only five 3-pointers away from breaking his own school record. Lundblade’s 99 3-pointers this season are the most in the nation. Belmont are winners of 11 of their last 12 games as they near March with a 24-4 record. Last week, Lundblade scored a career-high 31 points on seven 3-point makes in Belmont’s win over Northern Iowa. Belmont hasn’t reached the NCAA Tournament since 2019, but should be considered on the cusp of the Top 25 thanks to Lundblade's sharpshooting.
Ugonna Onyenso, C, Virginia
Ugonna Kingsley Onyenso is from Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. Before coming to the United States, Onyenso was a 3-year student-athlete at the NBA Academy Africa in Senegal. At age 17, he became the youngest player in Nigerian history to play for their national team. That same year, Onyenso moved to Putnam, Connecticut, to play for Putnam Science Academy. In his lone season of high school basketball in the US, the 7-footer averaged 13.2 points, 9.2 rebounds, and 2.7 blocks per game. A 4-star recruit, Onyenso’s collegiate career began at Kentucky. After playing sparingly his freshman year, Onyenso made 14 starts as a sophomore, averaging 3.6 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 2.8 blocks per game. In ‘24-’25, Onyenso transferred to Kansas State, where he was again a bench big man rim protector. Now a senior at Virginia, Onyenso is having his best season yet with the Cavaliers. The Nigerian 7-footer is averaging 6.5 points, 5 rebounds, and 2.6 blocks per game. In Virginia’s latest win over Ohio State, Onyenso had 8 points, 10 rebounds, and 4 blocked shots. Ugonna Kingsley Onyenso is one of the best shot-blocking bigs in the nation.
Paulius Murauskas, PF, St. Mary’s
