Alright @YouTheReader,
Today’s tune is Drake’s No Tellin’ because it’s the next song on the album in chronological order every Monday.
Well, Drizzy thinks about some pretty heavy stuff late at night. The Boi-1Da beat and once he starts rapping about Alfredo Pasta is chilling. Tyga’s career has been the same since but nobody has time for that on Monday.
So on to some ball…
Back to building on to the ‘25 Draft Board, I’ll have to update it at some point but here’s what we got so far…
Donovan Ezeiruaku, Edge, Boston College
Donovan Ezeiruaku is from Williamstown, New Jersey. A 3-star recruit in high school, Ezeiruaku had only 2 sacks his senior season but was named a captain and contributed 11 QB hurries. He joined the Boston College Eagles in ‘21 and came off the bench for 3 sacks as a freshman in college. Ezeiruaku earned more playing time as a sophomore as he was named an All-ACC 2nd Team DE thanks to his 8.5 sacks, 14.5 TFLs, and 3 forced fumbles. After his breakout sophomore performance in ‘22, Ezeiruaku was more offensive gameplans factor in his play and his counting stats dropped a bit (2 sacks, 6.5 TFLs). This season, the Boston College star pass rusher is back on a tear as he leads College Football in sacks with 9. What’s even more impressive is he’s contributing much more than just as an elite edge rusher, as he has made 20 total tackles in the run game in the past 2 games as well. If Donovan Ezeiruaku can continue to be a menace off the edge for the rest of the season, he will certainly have a shot at becoming a Day 1 or Day 2 Draft Pick in a draft class with plenty of pass rushers.

Nohl Williams, CB, California
Nohl Williams is from Oxnard, California, where he was a three-way player at Pacifica High School. He helped Pacifica win their first-ever state championship in ‘19, coming down with 7 INTs on defense, returning 12 punts for 165 yards on special teams, and scoring 4 TDs as a WR. His first college out of high school was at UNLV where he was a 3-year starter for the Rebels. From ‘20 to ‘22, Williams had 5 INTs and 10 pass breakups along with 430 all-purpose yards as the special team’s returner. In ‘23, Nohl Williams decided to transfer to California at Berkeley, immediately making an impact with 53 tackles and 2 picks. He also scored 2 defensive TDs. This season Williams got the California Bears’ season on the right track as he took their home opening kickoff 80 yards for a TD. The star CB currently leads CFB with 5 interceptions this season, including the latest against Cam Ward of Miami this past Saturday Night which he returned for a TD. Williams has exceptional ball skills for a DB and can turn into a dangerous playmaker as soon as he has the ball in his hands.

Malachi Fields, WR, Virginia
Malachi Fields is from Charlottesville, Virginia, where he played QB and CB at Monticello High School. A 3-star recruit, Fields decided to play for his hometown college program and move to WR. After two seasons of limited playing time in ‘21, Malachi Fields only was primed for a starting role in ‘22 but broke his foot over that summer. In the one game played as a sophomore, Fields caught 5 passes for 58 yards and scored the Cavaliers' only TD vs Pittsburgh. In ‘23, 6’4” wideout caught 58 passes for 811 yards and 5 TDs in ‘23. He consistently showed up, gaining at least 60 yards receiving in 11 games. This earned him an All-ACC Honorable Mention and he was named a semi-finalist for the ‘23 Comeback Player of the Year Award. Entering ‘24, Malachi Fields was named to the Biletnikoff (Best WR) Watch List and thus far is proving why. Fields this season in 5 games has 28 catches for 412 yards. In his last 2 games against Coastal Carolina and Boston College, Fields has scored 3 TDs. Malachi Fields uses his size well and is physical enough to come down with some nice contested catches as evidenced by his latest TD scores.
Jonah Monheim, C, USC
Jonah Monheim is from Moorpark, California, where he was a 3-year starting on his high school team’s offense line. As a freshman at USC in ‘20, Monheim was a reserve player with limited action at RG. He returned as a redshirt freshman in ‘21 and played in every game for the Trojans while starting at RT in 7 of them. As a redshirt sophomore in ‘22, Monheim again started on the right side of the Trojan offensive line, making 11 starts at tackle and 3 at guard during Caleb Williams’ Heisman season. He was named an All-Pac 12 Honorable Mention for his ‘22 play. In ‘23 as a redshirt junior, the 6’5” and 310 lbs. lineman switched to LT for the Trojans and again played well, earning AP All-Pac 12 2nd Team recognition. This season, Jonah Monheim was named captain and is now playing center for the Trojans. With experience at center, guard, and tackle, Jonah Monheim has versatility which NFL teams value.
Omarion Hampton, RB, North Carolina
Omarion Hampton is from Clayton, North Carolina, where he played high school football at Cleveland High. A 4-star recruit, Hampton won the North Carolina Gatorade Player of the Year as a senior while rushing for 1,948 yards and 39 TDs on 161 carries. Video game numbers. He chose to play for his home state with the Tar Heels and as a freshman logged 401 rushing yards on 88 attempts. As a sophomore, he became the unquestioned starting tailback for Drake Maye. Hampton led the ACC in ‘23 with carries (253), rushing yards (1,504), and TDs (15). This earned him 1st Team All-ACC and 2nd Team All-American recognition. The Tar Heel’s leading back rushed for 100+ yards in 7 games, the most since Gio Bernard in ‘11. This CFB season, Hampton has once again taken on the UNC workload as his 137 carries through Week 6 are the most in CFB. Hampton has averaged 5.6 yards per carry for 764 yards and has scored 7 TDs so far.

The 6’4” wing guard can finish strong around the rim and also shoot highly efficient from beyond the arc.

Langston Love, G, Junior
Langston Love is from Universal City, Texas, but spent his senior year of high school at Montverde Academy in Florida. As a member of Baylor’s ‘21-’22 recruiting class, Langston Love was a part of the program’s highest-ranked recruiting class (#4 by ESPN). Unfortunately for Love, he missed his entire freshman season after tearing his ACL in an October pre-season scrimmage. After redshirting, Love returned to the court in ‘22 off the Baylor bench averaging 6.3 points and 2.2 rebounds in 17 minutes a game. Last season with Baylor, Langston Love again came off the bench for the Bears but he improved as a shooter (48% from 3) and averaged 11 points per game. Love was named an All-Big 12 Honorable Mention in ‘23-’24 and has earned a spot in the Baylor starting lineup this season.

Jeremy Roach, G, Senior

The 6’1” point guard has spent the past 4 seasons with Duke, starting in over 100 collegiate games for the Blue Devils. The experienced guard has averaged 11.3 points, 3.1 assists, and 2.4 rebounds for his career, but is coming off a senior year where he had a career-high with 14 ppg on 43% 3-point shooting. Roach was the Duke captain last season and was named All-ACC 3rd Team. He decided to transfer to Baylor for his 5th year and will serve as Baylor’s new floor general.

This earned him the Sun Belt’s Freshman of the Year award and he was also named to the conference’s 1st Team. In ‘21-’22, Omier upped his game to 17.9 points, 12.2 rebounds, 1.6 steals, and 2 blocks per game while registering 20 double-doubles.
